We were able to schedule their intervention with no problems, and they were very punctual. My issue was resolved fast and efficiently, everything works even better than before ! Turns out that it was installed in a very inexperienced / nonsensical way leading to several problems ... Ash was thankfully able to fix it, which involved a lot of calls to both the manufacturers and installation company - he even knocked off some of the price because of how long the calls / confusion added to the job.
